Background:The whole purpose of this site is to provide free birth control services PLUS provide a gifting incentive of money, and basic goods and services to improve people's lives and give them Hope Now. We will contract with licensed medical facilities local to the recipient and will pay all contracted fees. Recipients must sign Consent to Treatment service forms, and certify that they were briefed on the treatment and risks and that they fully understand what they were told. All personal information shall be protected by relevant privacy laws, and all medical service providers or governmental information requestors must sign agreements to that affect. You must understand that this program is a gift to you. Since we are not a medical facility, nor doctors, we will not assume any responsibility for the medical procedure itself. There is a backup fund which can be used in the case of small complications or additional costs in the procedure. Major complications, which are a risk with any surgery, cannot be supported by this gift fund and must be covered by insurance (recipient's and/or medical malpractice), family & friends, recipient's private funds, etc. We will do everything we can to make it a good gift. For example, we have procedures for qualifying medical facilities: they must be in good standing with appropriate oversight and government groups, they must have good performance records per our background check, they must be a certain minimal size in terms of the number of doctors and procedures performed, etc. But the final responsibility for accepting the procedure and its risks, and for using the money, goods, and services wisely...must all rest finally on you. One-third (1/3) of the Hope Now fund is discretionary cash directly paid to the recipient in their local currency. It is apart from the cost of the medical procedure itself. One-third will be contracted for basic services and goods recipient consumes but which are specified by the Hope Now Project Team. The remaining third will also come from the list of basic goods and services but recipients will select which ones from the list and how much of each one they wish to receive. How To Apply:Send an email with the information contained below. You can copy and paste the fields below into an email. You will receive a response that includes your personal Tracking Number, a Password to verify your identity, your Tentative Ranking Number, and your Tentative Funds Incentive Amount. These numbers are tentative because they may change due to a variety of factors. Keep the Password confidential and do not lose it; include it and the Tracking Number with all correspondence. When you near the top of the list and as funds are available, you will be contacted again to complete the necessary evaluation and paperwork. The Tracking Number is how recipients are publicly identified in the Online Ledger, and you should also use it in all correspondence.
