To the best of our abilities, the funds collected shall be distributed fairly and wisely.

Administrative costs shall not exceed 10%.

All information of sponsors and recipients shall be kept confidential.  Sponsors may request their logo and website be included on the Business Sponsorship page.

All accounting information shall be available to any valid U.S. governmental entity requesting it with four caveats: 1) They must provide written authentication; 2) They must provide a written statement of purpose; 3) They must certify that the private information shall be handled in accordance with all privacy laws and they agree to be held to all penalties for inappropriate use; 4) They agree to provide a written statement of finding which can be published on the web.
